How to cook roll with chicken brisket

Cut onion. Wash mushroom and pestle. Fry onion with vegetable oil, add mushroom, add salt and pepper. Cut brisket from one side and open pocket. Put into the received cavity fried mushroom. Fix with the help of toothpicks so as not to let any open space. Add salt and pepper on the meat. Fry into the vegetable oil, redden it then turn down. Fry from the other side as well. Cut into narrow strips and serve on.
