Appetizer with lentil
In Armenian cuisine lentil and other cereals are used rather often especially in winter. Those are wonderful sources of vegetable protein.
How to cook appetizer with lentil
Put on the pot 1 tea spoon red sweet pepper, 0,3 tea spoon black pepper add olive oil and mix it. Scrape this mass on lavash, cut it and put on the stove pan, put into the hot stove and leave it to receive pink color. Mix it during that period so as scrape it in an even way. Heat fat into the pan, mix onion cut onto circles with the fat until it becomes yellow- brown and spice it. Mash garlic with salt, add matsun, spread on it dried onion, sprinkle on it beforehand boiled and water free lentil, scrape garlic and matsun and serve on immediately.
